Guacamole. Vegan, of course.

Cannot decide with what to eat your snacks with? Want to make a dressing, dipping or topping? Go with GUACAMOLE!!! I have a super easy and extremely delicious recipe. It will work perfectly not only with chips, but also on a toast during breakfast or any other meal, with veggies, fries or crackers, in a sushi roll or burger and as a pizza topping or dressing for salad!

Ingredients:

  • 1 big or 2 small avocados
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • tea spoon of salt and garlic powder
  • half a tea spoon of pepper

Pile avocado and smash it by adding salt and other spices. Salt will ‘melt’ avocado, or avocado will ‘melt’ the salt. I don’t know. Anyway, you will get a creamy mixture. Cut tomato and onion in tiny, tiny bits and add it to the avocado. Mix it together and voilà! Your guacamole is ready!
