Banana – even though the amount of calories is high (approx. 102 per one), bananas are totally worth it. It is a good source of vitamin B6, C, magnesium, fiber and biotin. It immediately refuels your body and can actually support your weight loss and improve hearth health. Furthermore, you can use banana peel in several ways as well.

Kiwi – extremely high in vitamin C (5x more than the orange) and good source of vitamins B, E and K, as well as fiber and because of the high amount of antioxidants it has, it protects your skin from degeneration and maintain healthy tone and texture of it. Even though this fruit is so high in its nutritions, amount of calories is very low (approx. 40 per one) and, therefore, it can be considered as hero fruit!

Grapefruit – great source of vitamin C and A. Also good in B1, fiber and biotin. Since it is high in its nutritions and low in calories (approx. 50 per one), it can support your weight loss. As well as it protects your immune system, prevents diabetes, heart diseases, maintains good blood pressure and is simply a good antioxidant.
