Quite easy to make and delicious. Another great dipping or topping you can use for sandwiches, chips, pizza or eat it as it is and add to other dishes is hummus!
- 1 can of chick peas
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 juice of a lemon
- 50 ml soy cream
- spices – salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper (up to taste)
Process everything in a food processor until it has smooth consistency and it is ready! I chose to make tortilla rolls with it. Yummy! Check out 3 other variations of hummus here:
