Avocado is probably one of the most loved fruits in the world and therefore hummus version with it must be, and I promise it is, delicious!
- 1 cup (250 ml) white beans (first you have to soak them overnight and then boil for approximately 1 hour)
- half medium sized avocado
- 50 ml soy cream
- 1 garlic clove
- handful of spinach
- spices – salt, garlic powder, black pepper (up to taste)
