White bean-avocado-spinach ‘hummus’

Avocado is probably one of the most loved fruits in the world and therefore hummus version with it must be, and I promise it is, delicious!


  • 1 cup (250 ml) white beans (first you have to soak them overnight and then boil for approximately 1 hour)
  • half medium sized avocado
  • 50 ml soy cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • handful of spinach
  • spices – salt, garlic powder, black pepper (up to taste)

Process in food processor for a minute or 2 until smooth and it is ready to be eaten! Three more yummy hummus recipes here:
