There is only one real hummus, but plenty versions of semi hummus! Let’s try this white bean one.
- 1 cup (250 ml) of boiled white beans (first you have to soak them overnight and then boil for approx. 1 h)
- 50 ml soy cream
- 1 garlic clove
- spices – salt, garlic powder, black pepper (up to taste)
Process in food processor for a minute or 2 until smooth. I used it for tortilla filling, but it is also great to be eaten alone as it is! Three more hummus variations here:
