Avocado – so called ‘butter’ fruit, avocado is very high in calories and fats (160kcal in 100g), however, those are good kind of fats. Furthermore, avocado is probably the most loved fruit in the world, and there is a reason for that – it is super nutritious. High in vitamins K, C, B5, B6 and E, as well potassium and it is loaded with fiber. Consumption of it can lower cholesterol levels, regulate blood pressure and improve health overall. Avocados simply taste great and goes well together with any kind of food.ย 

Grapes – high in sugars, but also vitamins K, A, C, B6 and minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium. Antioxidants what grapes are having help to fight acne, lower blood pressure and improve eye health, as well as heart health.

Cranberries – high in antioxidants and vitamins C, K, A and low in calories (only approx. 50 kcal in 100g of cranberries).
