Very easy to make Oat-Banana vegan biscuits. No need for sugar! Banana works as both – replacement for egg and sweetener at the same time! Furthermore, these biscuits fills you up easily!
Preparation time approximately 15 minutes + baking 25 minutes = They are done super fast! (40 min)
- 1 cup (250ml) oats
- 1 cup (250ml) flour
- 2 bananas
- 8 table spoons coconut oil
- 4 table spoons maple syrup
- 1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 1/2 tea spoon baking powder
Start by mashing bananas together with maple syrup until smooth consistency, add vanilla extract, baking powder and salt, and mix everything again. Then add flour and oats, mix it together. As last, add coconut oil. Mix it again and make sure that dought is even.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Meanwhile start making biscuits. Form of them is up to you. Spray some oil on the baking pan and use water while making biscuits, so the dought doesn’t stick on your hands. Before baking them, you can decorate biscuits as you wish, for example, with nuts, seeds, raisins etc. Bake them for 20-25 minutes until they become nice and brown!
