Oat meal. Sugar and milk free

One of the best ways how to start your day is with full tummy and oat meal does a great job in order to ensure that! Here I want to share my oat meal recipe. It is sugar and milk free, sweet and delicious anyways!


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 handful raisins
  • 1 teasp. chia seeds
  • 1 teasp. linseeds
  • 1/2 teasp. salt


Easiest process ever. Place everything in a pot except banana, boil on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, then add banana. Boil until there is no liquid and it becomes more stiff. Done! Note – mix it from time to time so it doesn’t stick on the bottom of the pot.
