Who doesn’t like Oreos?! Imagine them in a cake… Even better! This cake is a must try, easy to make and requires only four ingredients. Not that healthy though, but a little bit of cake on your sweet tooth never killed nobody!
Ingredients for the crust:
- Only brown part from one pack of cookies
- 5 tablespoons of coconut oil
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 10 tablespoons of coconut oil
- Filling from 2 packs of Oreos
- Cookie part from 1 pack of Oreos
- 4 table spoons of powder sugar
Process for the crust:
From one pack of Oreo cookies separate filling from the cookie (you will need only the cookie part). Process it in the food processor, add 5 table spoons of coconut oil and process again. Place mixture in an even layer in the form and let it cool down in the fridge for couple of minutes. Size of the form I used is 20cm diameter, but I would suggest to use smaller one, so the layers are bigger.
Process for the filling:
Separate filling from the second part of the Oreo cookies. Mix coconut milk together with filling from two packs of Oreos, sugar and 10 table spoons of coconut oil. Mix it or blend it until cream starts to separate from the liquid. Separate the creamy part and mix in the Oreo cookies (save a little bit of them for decoration on the top of the cake). Place filling in an even layer on the crust, decorate with some cookies and let it cool down in the fridge for at least half an hour.
